Memorial Slone Kettering Cancer Center--

The article says that, "Periods of fasting reprogram the immune system's natural killer cells to better fight cancer". The institupe have ben the first to show that fasting can, "reprogram the metabolism of natural killer cells, helping them survive the harsh enviroment in and around toumors while improving their cancer-fighting abilities." Published in Immunity this gives patients and doctors another avenue to fighting cancer.

I my self do fasting I eat at 5pm to 8pm. Now if I am really hungry I will eat it is about resetting how much food you really need. As a person that stays at home and is sick 24/7 I don't need a ton of calories. You have also probably have read in other posts about my zero motility in my intestines and that also is a reason I eat once a day.

This could help out patients on immunotherapy making it more effective. While having less fat and better metabolism is always a good thing for health this gives everyone another tool in their kit to fight cancer daily. Remember to always speak to your doctor before starting any new diets etc.

Take a look at the article above is the link it realy breaks down killer cells and what they need to be effective to kill the cancer.
