What is out there for you to use?

Financial Assistance

Money can be one of the hardest things to deal with when it comes to cancer. If you're able to work through treatment like Jill did when she was young that is great but, usually once your Stg4 you don't have the time or the energy to keep working. So, when I had my first surgery they charged me $180,000. This was her 80/20 split. It was a nightmare. Also, the cost of some medications that are not covered but deemed necessary were these shots to go with my chemo they cost $2,000 per shot and Jill needed one for each chemo coming up and she had over 30 chemo sessions.  No way she was going to have that type of money to pay for my care. My family couldn't help either. The good news is now there more sources than ever that you can use to help you cover the costs of treatment.
